ระบบนี้ใช้ภายในสำนักงานอำเภอพัฒนานิคม เฉพาะบัญชีผู้ดูแลระบบที่อนุญาตเองเท่านั้น

ข้อมูลที่เข้าถึง

ระบบเข้าถึง Google Drive ของบัญชีผู้ดูแลเพื่ออ่านและบันทึกไฟล์หนังสือราชการในโฟลเดอร์งานสารบรรณที่กำหนด

การใช้ข้อมูล

ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อจัดเก็บต้นฉบับ อ่านข้อความ และร่างบันทึกเกษียนหรือร่างหนังสือเท่านั้น ข้อความจากหนังสือทั่วไปที่ไม่เป็นชั้นความลับอาจถูกส่งไปยังบริการ AI ภายนอกเพื่อร่างเอกสาร หลังจากเจ้าหน้าที่ยืนยันแล้ว ไม่ขาย ไม่โฆษณา และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลอื่น

การเก็บรักษาและการเพิกถอนสิทธิ์

ไฟล์เก็บใน Google Drive ของผู้ดูแล สิทธิ์เข้าถึงเก็บไว้บนเครื่องของสำนักงานอย่างจำกัดสิทธิ์ ผู้ดูแลเพิกถอนได้ทุกเมื่อที่ https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
